Healthy Ageing and Elderly Care through Ayurveda and Yoga
As we get older, muscles tend to stiffen, our joints lose their range of motion and we become more susceptible to chronic problems such as osteoporosis, arthritis and heart disease. We also notice a lot of mental changes apart from the physical changes. Besides, research has shown that Caregivers experience stress and burnt-out while taking care of the elderly. At this workshop, participants will also learn the importance of self-care and be taught simple tips to manage stress and prevent burnout.
